Wondering if Flywheel Momentum is right for you?
Read through the questions and answers below to get a better idea of what it looks like to join a cohort. If you have any questions beyond what we answer here, head over to our contact page and send us an email.
Flywheel operates on a ‘Chatham House rules’ basis, where what is said in the room stays in the room. Only the learning leaves the room.
We hold 10 group sessions per year (one per month except for June and December due to Summer and Christmas holidays). Each participant commits to attending at least 8 sessions during the year.
Every month, a 1-hour, 1-to-1 session with the Chair is also available for each of the participants. The onus is on the participant to book these sessions with the Chair.
Our initial group is chaired by Dónal O’Sullivan, a Certified Coach with decades of experience across industries and roles, from management to C-level.
We meet in comfortable, discreet venues that are hand-picked by Flywheel’s team in locations that are convenient for participants to attend. Sessions are from 9 – 5 pm sharp – breakfast and lunch is provided.
We ask that you contact your Chair in advance to give as much notice as possible. At least two days’ notice is required so that the Chair can make the appropriate arrangements to cater for this.
Your cohort is filled with like-minded individuals who share similar values to yours, who are lifelong learners like you, who have attained success in their business but continue to yearn for more, and who are just as interested in giving their full self as they are in getting learnings from the cohort.
As part of our thorough selection process, we go to significant lengths to ensure that the right people are in the room and as part of that we ensure that no two competitors are part of the same cohort.
As a for-profit private limited company with a strong social conscience, we commit to donating 2% of our annual revenue to a charity collectively chosen by our Flywheel Participants.
